Tis the Season

Well what can I say.

The holiday season has come and we are smack dab in the middle.

And in the past few weeks we have done some things I thought I would share.

So let me take you back to November 19th. Yep...before Thanksgiving.

It was a Saturday morning and I decided to do something special with Giana. So thanks to Nana Giana received a purple Christmas tree for her playroom. So I set it up and had everything ready to decorate and got out the camera and called Giana and in and then...the unthinkable happened. The camera battery died as Giana screamed THANK YOU MOMMY as she entered the room. Well thank goodness for cell phones because I was able to capture a little magic.

Then came THANKSGIVING!

And Giana gave thanks with her "Buddy" Nathaniel.

DELICIOUS!

Then mommy got a great deal on a Christmas tree and we decorated it Thanksgiving weekend.

Then we decided to watch a Christmas special and

I believe we have a future American Idol contestant on our hands!

I think that is it. We are now 3 weeks away from Christmas. And there is a lot to happen!

And Giana is ready for SNOW!

Toss the Pizza

Friday night came and I thought I would try to make dinner a little interesting.

So instead of a frozen or better yet DRIVE THRU pizza.

I decided we should try to make our own.

So I set the stage

and let the fun begin!

Finally the taste test.....

Now I know she is ONLY 2. But when daycare announced that they would be participating in school pictures I was all for it. You know me....I love a picture or two.

So as we got ready today for the big day. Giana looked at me as she was getting ready and said.... "Mama I wear a pretty?" And she points to my necklace. Now that is my girl. Already trying to accessorize a good outfit. So we got out a cute necklace she got at Disney last year.

It was a cute Pink G with little mickey ears and it went PERFECT.

And she could not wait to go and show Dada how pretty she was.

So we had to take a picture before school.

She was ready!

But the best was yet to come.

I think they were pretty cute for daycare pictures!

Halloween Weekend!

Giana was a great help getting all the candy ready for the kids.

She only tasted..one of ever flavor.

We attempted to go Trick-or-Treating BUT the weather was so horrible that we only went to the neighbors. Giana, I mean Mickey, still had fun with dressing up and hanging with friends.

So we decided on Halloween night to attempt another go at Trick-or-Treating with friends.

Kelly and Cory invited us out to Union Grove for their Trick-or-Treating.

The weather was so much nicer and Giana was all for it.
